Ways to reach us

Three ways to get hold of the studio

Phone for anything time-critical, email for anything detailed, and the messaging apps for the simple stuff like confirming a slot.

Phone

Between 5:30am and 8:00pm on weekdays and until 1:00pm Saturdays. Someone from the floor answers unless they're mid-set, in which case you get a callback.

Email

For the longer questions about injury history, program details or pricing, email works better than a phone call. Include your training background and we can reply properly.

taleroni@hotmail.com

Viber and WhatsApp

Good for rescheduling, confirming a slot or a quick question about parking. Both run to the same number the studio answers on.

Enquiry form

Send us your details

Fill in the form and one of the coaches will reply within one working day. If it's urgent, ring the studio number instead. Phone is faster than email for anything same-day.

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to book your first session. How we handle that information is covered in our privacy policy.

Before you ask

Answers to the things people ring about most

These cover most of the calls that come through the studio. If your question isn't here, ring or email anyway.

Yes. The studio caps how many people are on the floor at once, so walk-ins can't be guaranteed a rack. Book by phone or by the form and you'll have a slot with your name on it.

Flat training shoes, shorts or leggings you can squat in, and a water bottle. We have chalk and plates. Bring any relevant medical notes or imaging reports if they affect what you can lift.

Forty-five minutes for the movement assessment and a conversation about your history, roughly an hour if it runs into a first coached session on the same visit. Bring a shirt you don't mind sweating in.

You can look through the door and chat to a coach, but the floor itself is for members during class. Sitting in on a session while someone else is squatting puts both of you off. Book a single class instead and try it yourself.

Call or message more than 12 hours before the start time and you can reschedule without charge. Inside 12 hours the session is treated as used. The full cancellation list is in our terms and conditions.
