Terms and Conditions

Plain-language information from Taleroni about how we handle your details, your bookings and your time on taleroni.com.

Agreeing to these terms

By booking a session, buying a class pack or stepping onto the Taleroni floor, you agree to the terms below. They exist so that everyone training here knows where they stand, coaches included.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies from the day you next train with us. If a change is significant, we will tell existing members by email.

Bookings and cancellations

Every session is held for you and only you. That means last-minute cancellations cost us real money, so the rules are firm.

  • Cancel more than 12 hours before a session and you can reschedule without charge.
  • Cancel inside 12 hours and the session is treated as used.
  • No-shows are charged the full session rate.
  • Class packs expire 12 months from the purchase date unless stated otherwise.
  • If we cancel a session, you get a credit or a full refund, your choice.

Payment and pricing

Prices on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST. We can change prices, but any change only applies to new purchases, not to what you have already paid for.

Payment is taken at the time of booking for casual sessions and in full for packs. If a payment fails, we will hold your booking for 48 hours so you have time to sort it out before the slot goes back on the floor.

Health, safety and your responsibilities

Training is physical and carries normal risk. You agree to tell your coach about any injury, medical condition or medication that could affect your training, before the session starts, not after something hurts.

If a coach believes continuing would put you at risk, they can stop the session. That is not a judgement on you, it is the job. You are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing, following coach instructions and letting someone know if you feel unwell at any point.

Conduct on the floor

Everyone here is entitled to train without being stared at, filmed without consent or made to feel unwelcome. Re-rack your weights, wipe down what you used and keep your language reasonable. We reserve the right to end a membership without refund if someone repeatedly ignores these basics.

Filming is allowed for your own sets, but ask before pointing a camera at anyone else or posting footage where other members are clearly identifiable.

Liability and governing law

To the extent allowed by Australian law, Taleroni is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your training, including lost income or missed competition. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded by contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. Any dispute goes to the courts of that state, after we have had a genuine go at resolving it between ourselves.
